SCREPA M600

SCREPA M600

DESCRIPTION: Dry construction waterproofing solution. It consists of fine Portland cement and patented chemical additives.

INTENDED USE: Used for injection filling of cracks, voids and voids with an opening greater than 0.4 mm in building structures for waterproofing and/or strengthening purposes. It is used as a binder for the production of highly mobile, self-compacting concrete and mortar mixtures, as well as for the production of high-strength, waterproof, non-shrinking concrete and mortars. Can be used to fix anchors.

Advantages:

- high mobility and lack of shrinkage;

- high strength and adhesion to the base;

- water resistance, frost resistance and corrosion resistance.

PACKAGING: rubber buckets (18 kg); MKR (800 kg).

TRANSPORTATION: Allowed by all modes of transportation.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: MKR is stored in dry rooms, in plastic buckets at any humidity and temperature.

GUARANTEED STORAGE PERIOD: 6 months in MKR, 12 months in plastic buckets from the date of manufacture, provided the density of the original packaging is not disturbed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The work should be carried out at a temperature of the surface of the structure between +5 and +35 ° C.

DRY MIXTURE CONSUMPTION: 1.50-1.70 kg/dm3.

Precautions: During work, it is necessary to use personal protective equipment: rubber gloves resistant to chemicals, cotton gloves, respirator, goggles, overalls made of dense fabric, rubber boots. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE: Drill holes on both sides of the joint (joint) in a checkerboard pattern at an angle of 45° with steps equal to half the thickness of the structure. Holes should pass through the gap of the crack (seam) in the middle of the structure. Blow the bores with air or wash them with water under pressure, then install the injectors. In order to prevent the "Skrepa M600 Injection" solution mixture from leaking through the opening of the crack (seam), fill it with the "Skrepa M500 Repair" solution mixture.

MORTAR MIXTURE PREPARATION: Attention!

Use clean water and containers to prepare the mortar mixture. Prepare enough mortar to be used within 90 minutes. The optimum temperature of the mixed water is 20°C. When the water temperature drops, the drying of the mortar mixture slows down, and when it rises, it speeds up. Mix the dry mixture with water in the proportion of "Skrepa M600 Injection":

Add the dry mixture to the water and mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer for 5 minutes.

Attention!

Stir the mortar mixture regularly during use to maintain the original consistency. It is not allowed to add water to the mortar mixture.

APPLICATION:

Use manual piston pump NDM-20 or electric screw pump NDM-40 for injection. Before starting work, check the operation of the pump by pumping water through it. Install the last injector and start the injection process. The injection should be carried out until the pressure in the system increases sharply or, on the contrary, when the pressure does not increase for 2-3 minutes or until the solution mixture begins to flow from the adjacent well. Install the next injector and continue injecting. If the viscosity of the mortar mixture increases, flush the pump with water, prepare a new portion of the mortar mixture and continue the injection. If the injectors need to be removed, fill the remaining gaps with Penekrit mortar mixture. At the end of the work, wash the equipment with water.

Surface Care:

Protect treated surfaces from mechanical effects and negative temperatures for 3 days. Keep the treated surfaces moist for 3 days by using a water spray and/or covering the concrete surface with a moisture-proof film.
